In this paper, we seek to devise a multipart test the Court could use to resolve such conflicts.

​The College Chronicles were incepted to tackle the intersection of college and everyday life with chronic illness and medical barriers. Hosted and Produced by Annie Sallee, this podcast tackles a variety of topics and welcomes new guests regularly to ensure a diversity of shared experience. ​

Minneapolis Facial Recognition Ban

Whether capturing the in the moment of terror during the pandemic, bringing the left and right together for community forums, or asking both sides of the vaccine debate the hard questions (while still talking to everyone), IDH TV provided a unique forum between groups trapped behind COVID's informational divide.

Local and National Education Partnerships and Legal Trainings

Our programmers and politicians can't fix privacy in time to save us.

And the idh has proven bi-partisan solutions -- for lawyers, teachers, policymakers, and programmers -- that we can teach to anyone.
