Anti-Defamation League: Co-creators of their national pilot (of high school civics classes) on the legal, ethical, and civic dimensions of algorithmic discrimination. 

  • Launches Spring 2020; 10 multi-media units; professional CV lines for students.

  • Partnership with faculty at Creighton University, University of Wisconsin-Stout, and former Nebraska Assistant Attorney General

Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business: Brought in as consultants on their digital ethics curriculum. Dr. McKain named a Visiting Scholar. Gifted use of IU’s grant writer.

Health and Human Services Grant: For partnership with Little Earth Residents Association on algorithmic discrimination, cybersecurity, and cyberbullying.

Curating Civil and Productive Cross-Cultural Conversations in Our Post-Digital World

Zine Exchanges: Using art to catalyze and curate difficult cross-cultural conversations (on feminism, free speech, and mental health) between the Christian and secular world.

  • Partnered with Hamline University students on (juried) art projects featured at the Twin Cities Zine Fest, the St. Cloud Zine Fest, and put in the permanent collection of the Hennepin County Library.

Curated interviews and podcasts: NCU students have brought in diverse (and bi-partisan) local, state, and national leaders to discuss and debate post-digital America.
